Initial Assessment

A Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), in compliance with Virginia Board of Medicine requirements, conducts a comprehensive, in-person assessment of your child’s skills and needs. A formal diagnosis of ASD from a qualified physician or psychologist is required. Individualized Treatment Plan (ISP): Our LBA develops a customized, data-driven treatment plan with specific, measurable goals tailored to your child and family’s priorities.

Therapy Begins

Highly trained and supervised Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implement the plan in your home, with weekly supervision and family training provided by your LBA.

Insurance Accepted: All major insurers
Medicaid/EPSDT: Within 3 months we will accept Virginia Medicaid for individuals under 21 with an ASD diagnosis, in accordance with the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) benefit.
